The Development Assistant plays an integral role in assisting the Development and Marketing team to maintain and expand our ability to reach donors and attract resources to support Mazzoni Center’s work. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Assistant processes gifts, produces timely donor acknowledgements, enters data on a daily basis, updates database records routinely and accurately, and runs reports regularly on a Salesforce database platform, along with handling departmental administrative work. The Development Assistant is also responsible for maintaining inventory for the department, assisting with mailings, social media, and website edits, as assigned.
