Green Philly Company is herding all your favorite local sustainability entrepreneurs, advocates, organizations and businesses onto one very green, very recyclable and very clean stage for the inaugural SustainPHL Awards.

Award nominees were just announced across 12 categories. Finalists include Rad Dish Co-Op, Philadelphia’s Green City, Clean Waters initiative, Keep Philadelphia Beautiful ED Michelle Feldman, social enterprise accelerator GoodCompany Ventures, Sustainable Business Network advocate Saleem Chapman and many more.

All finalists

We’ve got our eyes on the “Impact Business Leader” award, which pits three of the city’s OG social enterprises (Solar States, Wash Cycle Laundry and United By Blue) against each other.

Oh, and Philadelphia’s one and only “Mother of Sustainability” Judy Wicks will be presenting (alongside Philadelphia Office of Sustainability Director Christine Knapp).

From our Partners

The event will take place on Thursday, Aug. 18, at WHYYNab yourself some tickets here.
