Dia Swan, MBA, is the operations manager for Resources for Human Development (RHD) FaSST/Connection. Dia has experience providing direct services to adolescents in group homes and individuals who are homeless. In her current role, she is responsible for hiring, training, and provides administrative oversight to all staff at RHD FaSST/Connections.
