You challenge now is to actually do it.
If you don’t have a social engagement strategy, your organization isn’t getting on the radar of your target audience. Technologies change but these ideas remain: Keep an open mind about what’s coming around the bend. Start with some low-level tech for easy entry. Experiment with upgrades once you’ve gotten the hang of it. And have fun.
