Reports to:  Director of Bereavement Programs

Position Summary:

To assist the Director of Bereavement Programs in the oversight, management, development, and success of Eluna’s national bereavement program, Camp Erin®, through execution of key programmatic and corporate deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide programmatic support to Camp Erin and its national network of partner organizations to maintain strong working relationships, ensure best practices, and implement program improvement. Support shall include but not be limited to managing camp partner reporting, distribution of camp supplies, coordination of camper outreach and tracking and reporting metrics to management
  • Facilitate and grow corporate engagement with Eluna camp programs, including but not limited to key funder engagement
  • Research and develop corporate engagement and other opportunities for Camp Erin partner benefits in the network
  • Support a new online partner portal through content development, training for staff and camp partners, ongoing oversight of user engagement and development of benefits for the portal
  • Maintain and enhance National Bereavement Resource Guide
  • Successfully manage grief camp database through timely and accurate inputting, tracking and analysis of data and reporting of programmatic metrics and outcomes
  • Recruit, train and supervise volunteers and interns for the Camp Erin program
  • Support broader Eluna bereavement initiatives

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA in Social Work, Psychology, Communications or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong communication skills
  • Ability to nurture and sustain critical relationships
  • A true team player with an ability to collaborate with multiple departments and organizations across the US
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confidentiality, honesty and discretion required
  • Commitment to Eluna’s mission

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
