•Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
•Participates in recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel.
•Conducts new-employee orientations; administers pre-employment screening; conducts reference checks.
•Maintains records, reports and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures.
•Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
•Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
•Assists in administration and monitoring of the performance appraisal process.
•Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects
•Coordinate administrative staff meetings and assist in planning other meetings and seminars.
•Helps maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
•Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear.
•Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, or one to two years’ experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
•1-2 years prior experience in Human Resources or related field
•Prior ADP experience, preferred.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Computer literacy, intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
