Welcomes returning citizens

Our organization is part of a movement to shift financial systems toward a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient local economy in the Philadelphia region. The Director of Brand and Narrative’s primary goal is to help ImpactPHL reach and engage sophisticated financial audiences, successfully get their attention, and support a shift in how they think about and invest their capital. Successful candidates for this role will not necessarily be experts in Linkedin best practices or SEO, for example, but will be able to comprehensively utilize a suite of engagement tools and tactics (ex: design, copywriting, marketing, social media) to move our target audiences to action. Our team works remotely, with local travel as necessary for meetings and events within the region (mostly in the City of Philadelphia). This role works closely with ImpactPHL’s Executive Director and Director of Strategy, and does not have any direct reports. We offer a salary commensurate with experience and benefits. The anticipated start date is mid-late October.
This role is responsible for working with the Executive Director and Director of Strategy to inform how ImpactPHL strategically communicates our vision, mission and programming to our primary target audiences of investors (high net worth individuals, family offices, and foundations). This will include oversight of a comprehensive, organizational brand and narrative strategy, as well as specific strategies and campaigns for various programs and initiatives.
This role requires a strong design eye and copywriting skills to create all digital, material and written content needed to execute the brand and narrative strategy. This could include not is not limited to:
