About Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP)

Founded in 1992, CBAP provides assistance to low-income qualified individuals.

CBAP assists approximately 60 clients per month with their chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.

CBAP accomplishes its mission through the generous support of the following foundations: PA IOLTA, Independence Foundation, Mill Spring Foundation, Lindback Foundation, Philadelphia Bar Foundation, American College of Bankruptcy, Beneficial Bank, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, Rittenhouse Fund, and the Union Benevolent Fund.
