About Ordinarie Heroes

Ordinarie Heroes (OH) is a Black-led nonprofit dedicated to uplifting youth and strengthening the communities they call home. Our mission is to create a holistic ecosystem of care for young people from historically marginalized communities through education, mental health support, leadership development, and access to essential resources. The IE in our name stands for I’m Enough, reflecting our belief that every young person has the power to lead, create, and advocate for a brighter future. By walking alongside youth, OH addresses both immediate needs and long-term opportunities, breaking cycles of systemic disadvantage, healing the wounds of trauma, and reshaping the narrative for young people and their communities.
