Biography
Patrick Morgan is a nonprofit, philanthropy and public service professional. In January 2016, he became the program director of Philadelphia initiatives for the Knight Foundation after working for the previous six years as the City of Philadelphia’s chief of staff to the deputy mayor for environmental and community resources. In January 2019, he became Philadelphia Parks & Recreation’s first deputy commissioner for strategy and engagement.
