Biography
Stephanie Reid (née Monahon) serves as the city’s chief Service Officer, leading the Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service. She oversees the city’s various volunteer programs, such as AmeriCorps VISTA and the Foster Grandparents program. She came to public service by way of advocacy and political activity, previously working at Organizing for Action and President Obama’s campaigns.
