Nick Marzano is president of Young Involved Philadelphia, a nonprofit whose aim is to make Philadelphia the premier city for the next generation of young leaders by engaging, connecting and representing the young demographic (ages 22 – 35, but all are welcome) through several different programs. Marzano spoke about how they’re working to build more active citizenship and lowering barriers for young people who want to become a young nonprofit leader or young city leader.
