Peter Frank is the Exective Director of the Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance.

#PhillyChanger Chats is a video series aimed at making Philly leaders more accessible. Featuring leaders of nonprofits, social enterprises, local government, and community organizations, these are people who are actively working to change Philadelphia for the better.

The Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance, a member association for local co-ops, hired it Peter Frank as its first executive director in October 2014. Frank, 34, is a fixture in the co-op community. He has worked full-time at established co-ops, served on boards, and volunteered his time to getting new co-ops off the ground.
