Here’s how nonprofits can get some free legal advice this month

Legal documents -- gross! June 30, 2016 Category: EventPurposeShort
Running a tax-exempt organization ain’t exactly easy. Luckily, the folks at law firm Dilworth Paxson and Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP) want to lend you their expertise.

The two will be offering legal advice to incorporated nonprofits (or nonprofits currently in the process of incorporating) on Thursday, July 14, at Dilworth Paxson’s offices.

But space is limited, so nonprofit executives with legal questions surrounding topics like corporate governance, contracts and commercial leases should register below. Register

Just don’t walk in empty handed. In order to get the best service possible, event organizers are asking attendees to come prepared with specific questions and appropriate documentation regarding those questions.
