Search Ban the Box policies across the country with this website from a Philly startup

Keeping up with policies pertaining to employment practices can be tough for employers.
That’s why Philly-based hiring and talent startup JaneHires launched a site called Ban the Box States, aimed to equip employers with what they need to know about Ban the Box laws, which, in a nutshell, prohibit employers from asking applicants about their criminal history.
As of now, 24 states have Ban the Box laws in place, though they vary from place to place. Ban the Box States allows users to search through those states and cities that have implemented Ban the Box laws.
Check it outThe site, according to COO Everett Reiss, is updated fairly frequently — the company has a Google Alert set up to inform them of changes.
