The geekiest night of the year is back.
Philly Geek Awards, the annual awards event for all things nerdy in Philadelphia, returns this August to honor scientists, data fans, civic innovators and impact leaders.
This is the second year Generocity and sister site Technical.ly Philly are coproducing the event with Geekadelphia, the creators of which founded the Geek Awards in 2011.
Here are the essentials:
- When — Saturday, Aug. 26, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
- Where — String Theory Schools, 1600 Vine St.
- How much — $30 until July 14, when prices will go up
Check out all of last year’s winners here. We’ll be announcing the awards categories and nominations process soon, so for now, mark your calendars and get ready to party.
