HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy needs a new president to lead the day and residential school, which serves students with serious disabilities. The person in this position will manage a “strong endowment to supplement public funding” and 130 staffers, and will ideally be in place by Summer 2019.

The National Audubon Society’s Fairmount Park-based Discovery Center is hiring an apprentice for volunteer and community engagement. The new year-long training program aims to help young people of color — those early in a career or attending a grad program — embark on professions in the environmental and conservation sector. Apprentice work will include marketing, fundraising and the like.

Maternity Care Coalition is looking for a VP of external affairs to lead strategy and management of new business development, fund development, public policy and government relations and more as part of its executive team. This role was previously filled by Marianne Fray, who became MCC’s CEO in June.

North Philadelphia-based social services nonprofit Providence Center is on the lookout for a development manager to grow its donor base. The 25-year-old community center in Fairhill serves a predominantly Latinx and immigrant community, including ESL adults and families seeking after-school programming for their children.
