INTER/VIEW is not your typical job fair. For the past four years, Generocity has organized an informal job extravaganza that pairs talented people with job and volunteer opportunities that matter the most to them. Focused on social impact and community development, these organizations are excited to show off their culture and devise creative solutions for getting to know attendees beyond their resumes.

Participating organizations can advertise

  • Job openings
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Internships
  • Apprenticeships
  • Freelance gigs

Attendees can expect to:

  • Find jobs aligned with their personalities and lifestyles
  • Receive information how  to get involved in the Philadelphia area
  • Come as they are — suit and tie are optional
  • Expand their peer network by chatting with industry professionals
  • Update their Linkedin photo by visiting our professional headshot station
  • Drop off their resume for a review courtesy of PHMC

Are you interested in getting involved? Reserve a table or ticket by visiting the event ticketing page. We are currently offering:

  • A FREE tabling opportunity for organizations with less than 100 employees
  • A paid table option for organizations with 100+ employees
  • FREE tickets to attendees

Space is limited so it’s best to claim your spot as soon as possible. Stay tuned for details about the hiring organizations that will be involved!
