Community Legal Services, the nonprofit public interest agency providing free civil legal services to low-income Philadelphia residents, is has an opening for a paralegal — homeownership & consumer rights unit. The fulltime position at the organization’s North Philadelphia office focuses on title work related to homeownership, and uses advocacy and litigation to preserve homeownership for clients throughout the city.
The organization is also looking to fill the position of major gifts and development officer. This officer will will design, develop and implement major gifts, individual giving and law firm giving programs; and will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing major gift prospects, as well as identifying new prospects.
