Catesby Holmes is the international and politics editor for The Conversation. Catesby joined The Conversation in 2016. Previously, she worked at Travel + Leisure magazine, Open Society Foundations and Report on the Americas. Her writing has been published in CityLab, Slate, Next City and WIRED. Catesby has spent significant time abroad, primarily in Latin America, where much of her reporting focuses. She holds a BA in English from Wesleyan University and an MA in international affairs from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University.
