Ethan Tan is a job developer at the Urban League of Philadelphia, an advocacy and civil rights organization committed to social justice since 1917. Ethan is a graduate of the School of Social Policy & Practice at the University of Pennsylvania, a former VISTA at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School, and lives in West Philly.
