Kevin Lockett is a foster home recruiter with Turning Points for Children in its Frankford office. In this role, he educates community members about the need for quality foster homes in Philadelphia. Once upon a time he was a youth ministry director and has spent much of the past 10 years working in roles that support and uplift children and youth in the community.
