Kathy McHale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SPIN, a nonprofit organization founded in 1970 to provide the highest quality services to people of all ages with autism and intellectual/developmental disability. SPIN is also a leading provider of inclusive, early childhood education. Kathy was selected to succeed the founding CEO and subsequently to the position of President in 2011. Kathy has also served on statewide and local boards, including as the Chair of PAR, a statewide organization of providers and is currently its Immediate Past Chair. Kathy’s dedication to her work underscores her deep belief that all people need to be connected to others and to live, work, socialize and grow as valued, relevant members of society.
