Melissa Ostroff is a policy communications strategist and freelance writer. Melissa currently works in the Division of Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine and previously served as communications director to State Senator Art Haywood. Prior to her work in communications, Melissa assisted low-income Philadelphians seeking affordable immigration, housing and family legal services.
