Signe Espinoza (she/hers) is the Interim Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania Advocates (PPPA), a nonprofit advocating for a Pennsylvania where sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion, is accessible, affordable, and affirming for all. Previously, Espinoza served as PPPA’s Policy Director for more than a year.
