Sarah is a Worker Leader with the Coalition for Restaurant Safety and Health. Sarah has been a restaurant industry professional for over twenty years, working as a server, bartender, general manager, and managing partner. She is also a writer and performer with a long history of activism and advocacy; she is currently finishing her degree in sociology at Temple University.
