Sherryl Kuhlman

Sherryl Kuhlman leads the Wharton Social Impact Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Drawing on “business strategies for a better world,” Sherryl is strengthening the impact investing ecosystem, with a specific focus on impact assessment and innovative finance. Kuhlman approaches her role with a blend of nonprofit and academic experience, informed by more than 10 years of involvement in social impact management, partnership development, outcomes measurement and strategy. She joined the Wharton Social Impact Initiative in October 2010, and has a Ph.D, in Ethics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
