Talia A. Stinson is a longtime resident of the city and currently serves as a performance management analyst in the City of Philadelphia's Office of Performance Management. She is a two-time graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a bachelors degree in English literature (C'05) and masters in public administration with a certificate in public finance (MPA '10). Talia has been active in the local philanthropic community since college, primarily in the arts and culture and education sectors.
