It's time to bring back a Public Editor to hold media accountable for racism, bias and inequity, says Tauhid Chappell.

"Communities in Philly — particularly Black communities — stand to lose opportunities for coverage and collaboration with journalists if the internal issues at KYW-TV and other local outlets are not promptly addressed," says guest columnist Tauhid Chappell.
