13 local teens just granted $45K to 5 area nonprofits through the Philadelphia Foundation

YOUTHadelphia, a committee of Philadelphia Foundation's Fund for Children, made the call on who got the cash this year based on their personal concerns. The teens chose five nonprofits from a pool of 28 applicants.
