Biography
Generocity’s Editorial Calendar explores a different topic each month. The September 2019 topic is adult education. These stories look at adult education providers focused on services for individuals with the greatest barriers to employment (such as individuals with disabilities, veterans, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients and those who do not speak English well or at all) and the methods and measures by which they impact the lives of adults with barriers to employment or advancement.
But attention will also be focused on organizations and individuals who are enabling the nonprofit professional to improve their skills and advance in their careers by offering adult learning opportunities centered on the practices and demands specific to the nonprofit sector.
This month’s Editorial Calendar is underwritten by Comcast NBCUniversal. The stories were independently reported and not reviewed by Comcast NBCUniversal before publication. Learn more about our advertising options here.
