A series of community hearings are being held around the Comcast Franchise negotiation

There are important conversations constantly going on across the city, across all sectors, all working to address the big issues Philly is facing. With PHLconvos, the team highlights those conversations so that you can keep track:

The City of Philadelphia is in the process of negotiating its 15-year cable franchise agreement with Comcast and is hosting several public forums to assess the community’s cable-related needs and interests.
