Christopher Saello has served as President & CEO of United Way of Chester County since January, 2019. Prior to that he has served as the organization's senior vice president since July 2010. Before joining the United Way, Chris spent 20 years with YMCAs in Chester County. Saello holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Management - Business Administration degrees from Pennsylvania State University. He currently serves on the Penn State Great Valley Advisory Board, Chester County Workforce Development Board and the Chester County Decade to Doorways Governance Board. He is a lifelong resident of Chester County and was recently selected as runner up for the 2020 Greater Philadelphia Social Innovations Award for Housing and Community Development.
