Tiffany joined Impact Services as the organizations Marketing and Communications Manager in October 2020. New to the role, she is excited to help shift the narrative of Kensington by highlighting the stories of those working towards making the neighborhood a safer, cleaner, more prosperous community. She has worked with consulting firms The Intersect, North 4th, and Yard & Company, assisting small businesses apply for COVID-relief grants, evaluating city projects, and publishing annual reports for other CDCs. Prior to Impact, she received her Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, focusing her research on equitable development, economic justice, and the Green New Deal. Her work on Designing a Green New Deal won the Award of Excellence for a student collaboration from the American Society of Landscape Architects. Her work on creating a comprehensive plan for Ridley Park won the Edmund Bacon Award for outstanding work by a first-year student.
