21-year-old Rashaun Williams had a big night July 28.  Founder and executive director of Watson Institute Philadelphia–which just finished up its first round of training young social entrepreneurs this July– Rashaun was working late and was interrupted by Adrienne Bailon, Tyler Posey and host of Knock Knock Live, Ryan Seacrest.
