Back on My Feet strives to help homeless individuals reclaim the stability and quality of life they’ve lost by running, and if you’re wondering how in the world that works, you’re probably not alone.

If you’re a visual learner, you’re in luck: The nonprofit just released a neat clip that tells some of the stories of the folks they’ve helped. Check it out below.

Still not convinced? Take a look at how the Philly-based nonprofit is scaling. They’re currently operating in 11 U.S. cities (later this year San Francisco will be no. 12) and plan on expanding internationally by 2020.

Then take a peek at their results: Sixty-five percent of individuals who have been in the program for at least 90 days have either obtained employment, education, housing or job training — though CEO Katy Sherratt recently told us the organization is aiming for 80 percent.
