Generocity is looking for a contributing reporter to support our daily coverage of Greater Philadelphia’s nonprofits, philanthropic institutions, social enterprises and local government. This is ideal for a journalist earlier in their career who’s excited by local or niche news, specifically about social impact. Bonus: Work with this editor! See the description here.

Asian Arts Initiative seeks an executive director to replace founding ED Gayle Isa, who last month announced her plan to leave the Chinatown North-based arts organization by July. We like this line from the job description: “The Executive Director will be an entrepreneurial, optimistic, respectful and consensus-building ambassador.” Learn more here to apply for the position by April 15.

Message Agency needs a content strategist to work with its design team on projects for nonprofit, university and foundation clients. The Callowhill-based web design firm is a B Corp and previous “Best for the World” winner that won the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia’s first Impact PHL Award for its commitment to social good. Check out the job here.

Fairmount Ventures is looking for a project manager to develop fundraising and campaign strategies for the nonprofits and philanthropic agencies it works with. The best candidate will be a multi-tasker, a strategic thinker and cool with orchestrating, but not being the face of, a capital campaign. Learn more here.

Food Moxie needs a growing assistant to help maintain its growing spaces (think: seasonal produce, flowers, herbs) from April through October. The food justice nonprofit, which rebranded from Weavers Way Community Programs in Fall 2016, serves young people in Philly’s Northwest neighborhoods. See more here.

###

Mighty Writers seeks a program manager who speaks both English and Spanish to support its bilingual writing programs and oversee its physical spaces. The youth literacy nonprofit is expanding its work to neighborhood rec centers this year; this position will support that expansion. Check it out here.

###

Home of the Sparrow is looking for a program coordinator to help women in its women’s reentry and assessment program find housing and other supportive services “to ensure their smooth reentry into the community and to reduce recidivism.” The Chester County-based social services nonprofit helps women facing homelessness get back on their feet. Learn more here.
