Community Legal Services, Inc. of Philadelphia, the nonprofit public interest agency providing free civil legal services to low-income Philadelphia residents, has an opening for a staff attorney for its homeownership and consumer rights unit.

The position would include policy advocacy, education and outreach, and litigation on behalf of individual taxpayers facing the loss of their home due to delinquent property taxes. The position works out of CLS’ North Philadelphia Law Center.

Mental Health Partnerships is looking for a director of marketing and development. The position has primary responsibility to secure funding from private philanthropic sources and to grow community engagement and awareness of all of MHP’s programs and services.

ARTZ Philadelphia has an opening for a community outreach and administrative coordinator. This is a new position for the nonprofit that offers opportunities to enhance quality of life for people living with dementia and their care partners through interactions around arts and culture.

The coordinator will take on both outreach and administrative responsibilities. On the outreach front, the individual will serve as the primary staff liaison to community- and stakeholder-driven projects; will help guide projects in direct response to community input, and will manage, schedule, and coordinate programs and special events, including periodic exhibitions. Administratively, the individual in this role will content for the website and newsletter, in addition to other responsibilities.
